Cancellations

We ask that you call us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment.  There will be a $20.00 fee if you fail to cancel your appointment within 24 hours.  A no call-no show will be $30.00 or more depending on time allotted for your services.  Because we do not schedule clients within the same hour, last minute cancellations and late arrivals impose a great inconvenience and loss to the business.

Late Arrivals

If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will lose your appointment and be asked to reschedule or be worked in as a walk-in.  We firmly believe in the value of your time and make a conscience effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon. It is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid lateness, missed appointments, and cancellation fees.

Children

We love children! However, for safety and comfort to all salon guests, kids are not allowed in the salon unless they are being serviced.  It is our goal to offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere.  If you are unable to make childcare arrangements, we will reschedule your appointment.

Walk-Ins

We welcome walk-in customers.  Walk-ins may experience a longer waiting period.  Therefore, appointments are preferred.

Payments

All fees for services rendered are expected upon completion of services.  During a FREE consultation, we will be more than happy to discuss services to be rendered, and all charges and fees prior to servicing you.  Please Note:  Credit for salon services is not available.  We accept CASH, VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
